Shipping policy

Where we ship
United States only at this time.

Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery
Orders ship from within the United States and typically arrive 7-12 business days after processing.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your order hasn't arrived and the tracking hasn't updated in five business days, email us and we'll sort it out.

Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered and you don't have it, email us within 7 days and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's wrong, email us straight away. We can usually change it before the order ships.
